The New India Assurance Company Limited intends to enter into a Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract and Facility Management Services (AMC-FMS) for Servers, Desktops, Monitors, Laptops, Printers, LAN, Antivirus, internet data card, and other IT peripherals of different makes, installed at the Regional Office and various locations under Coimbatore Regional Office. The contract is for a period of 1 year, extendable for 2 additional years based on satisfactory performance. The vendor will be responsible for maintaining the equipment in good working condition, providing corrective and preventive maintenance, and ensuring a total uptime of 95% for all covered equipment.
