supply, installation and commissioning of universal fail safe block instrument (ufsbi) for single line operation as per rdso spn no irs s-105/2012 with latest ver & amdt. each set consisting of following universal fail safe block inter face for single line as per rdso spn no irss 104/2012 with latest version and amendement. it shall comprise of auto change over facility for quad and ofc working. necessary modem for quad and ofc should be supplied along with auto changeover arrangement. qnty-02 nos block panel complete with all accessories as per rdso drg no rdso/s/32019 with latest amdt. qty-02 nos relay rack with dual locking and sealing arrangement as per rdso drg no rdso/s/32020 in ncluding relays for each relay rack ( qni-22 nos,qnai-06 nos,qli-02 nos,and timer-01 nos). qty-02 nos block telephone with accessories as per rdso spn rdso/spn/191/2006(the block phone should work without any interruption after auto changeover). qty-02 nos. supply of reliability improvement kit suitable to work with ufsbi as per rdso/spn/147/2005 or latest. it comprise (i)automatic media changeover of modems working on redundant channels for data transmission on ofc/quad /microwave radio(any two media)- 01 pair (ii) secondary modesupply, installation, transportation & commissioning of complete set of block proving by axle counter (bpac) using block panel and ufsbi for double line operation as per rdso specification no. irss-105/2012,(ver-0) or letest. each set consists of (a) universal fail safe block interface complete with all accessories as per rdso spec.no. irs-s-104/2012 (ver.0) =2nos. (b) block panel complete with all accessories as per rdso drawing no. rdso/s/32017=2nos.
