The vendor will be responsible for maintenance of the computer systems, printers and connected peripherals of the computer systems. The maintenance will be comprehensive in nature except for the printer head of the DMP, plastic parts of the system, which are treated as consumables. The companies, which are empanelled under the hardware category, will stand automatically empanelled to the computer maintenance category, unless not interested. |
