The scope of work involves a Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) for the Traction Energy Management System (TEMS) over a period of 36 months. This includes preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, health monitoring of TEMS equipment, software support, communication system maintenance, database backup, and ensuring uninterrupted operation of TEMS installed at five Traction Sub-Stations (TSS), the Operation Control Centre (OCC) in Prayagraj, and the SEMC in Lucknow. The service provider is also responsible for training personnel at the DFCCIL installation site and providing on-call service for any system failures or malfunctions.
