Leasing of parcel space in first luggage body of rear slr of 4 tons in train no. 12779 ex vsg to nzm nizamuddin express train on single trip basis for period of 5 years. note subject to originating and destination stations, path, type and service being same and subject to any other departmental &technical feasibility this contract shall be applicable for the regular train service. it should be noted that the tender is for already running passenger train and railway administration reserves the full and absolute rights to short terminates these tenders/contracts at any point of time (or for taking any decision regarding the discontinuation /continuation of these tenders /contracts with modified/additional terms and conditions.) depending upon the continuation/discontinuation of this train or commencement of corresponding regular train services. any changes in originating/ destination stations of the train the lumpsum leased freight per trip can be adjusted on proportionate basis of changed distance on mutual consent. total value of the tender will be calculated manually. this tender is governed by railway boards freight marketing circular no.06 of 2014 dated 15/04/2014.and its subsequent amendments.
